The following Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern the use of services provided by NextWebIT.com (“NextWebIT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, using, or subscribing to any service offered by NextWebIT.com, you (“Subscriber,” “User,” “Customer”, or “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

• Email and productivity solutions
• Technical support and managed IT services
IT Products
• Digital software solutions
• Licensed tools or third-party integrations
• Custom-developed applications
• IT-related digital deliverables
Content & Resources
• Website content, blogs, forums, and documentation (free unless otherwise stated)
Access to reading content on NextWebIT.com is free of charge. Paid services, products, or subscriptions will have clearly published fees on the website or provided through written quotation or agreement.

2. SERVICE DELIVERY
• Digital Services & Products are delivered electronically via email, secure download links, cloud access, or live deployment.
• Custom IT Services are delivered based on agreed project scope, timelines, and milestones.
• Service delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client responsiveness, third-party dependencies, or force majeure events.
• NextWebIT is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required content, approvals, credentials, or timely feedback.
3. FEES, PRICING & CHANGES
• Service fees may be one-time, subscription-based, retainer-based, or project-based, as agreed.
• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
• NextWebIT reserves the right to revise pricing, service packages, and offers at any time.
• Pricing changes apply only to new services, new subscribers, or plan upgrades and do not affect existing active subscriptions unless explicitly agreed.
• Taxes, third-party costs, or licensing fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the subscriber unless otherwise stated.
4. PAYMENTS & FAILURE TO PAY
• Services commence upon receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Recurring services are billed according to the selected billing cycle.
• Failure to pay may result in:
• Temporary suspension of services
• Termination of services
• Withholding of deliverables
• Collection actions for unpaid balances
Non-payment does not release the subscriber from responsibility for accrued charges, penalties, or collection costs.
5. REFUND POLICY
• All payments are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
• No refunds will be issued for:
• Completed services
• Partially completed projects
• Subscription periods already started
• Digital products or licenses once delivered or activated
• If NextWebIT fails to deliver services due to its sole negligence, refunds (if any) will be limited to the amount paid for the undelivered portion of the service.
6. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION, PASSWORD & SECURITY
Subscribers are responsible for:
• Maintaining confidentiality of account credentials
• All activities conducted under their account
• Immediately notifying NextWebIT of unauthorized use or security breaches
NextWebIT is not liable for losses arising from failure to protect account credentials.
7. ACCOUNT CANCELLATION
• Subscribers may cancel services at any time by contacting NextWebIT in writing.
• Cancellation takes effect immediately, but services remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
• No refunds will be issued for canceled services.
8. CONTENT & COMMENT MODERATION
NextWebIT reserves the right to remove or restrict any content, comments, links, logos, or materials deemed objectionable, including but not limited to:
• Obscene, pornographic, or violent material
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Illegal activities or content
• National or international security threats
Comments are not pre-moderated but may be edited or removed after posting.
9. SUBSCRIBER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Subscriber acknowledges that services may be interrupted due to factors beyond NextWebIT’s control, including technical issues, third-party failures, or force majeure events.
NextWebIT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions or delays.
10. DISCLOSURE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT
NextWebIT may disclose subscriber information to law enforcement authorities when required by law or valid court order. Subscribers must provide accurate and current contact information.
11. PRIVACY POLICY
Subscriber data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Information collected may include name, email, IP address, billing details, and usage data.
NextWebIT does not sell personal information and only shares data:
• To provide requested services
• With trusted partners under confidentiality agreements
• To comply with legal obligations
12. JURISDICTION & APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in New Jersey courts.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the subscriber and NextWebIT regarding use of services.

15. NOTICE
Notices regarding service updates or TOS changes may be provided via email, website posting, or other reasonable means.
